CMS FY22 eCQM Hospital Harm

CMS (US Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) released new rules for the FY22 fiscal year. This update includes changes to the Hospital Inpatient Quality-Reporting (IQR) Program, which requires healthcare facilities to capture and report electronic clinical quality measures (eCQMs).
