Marketing Programs Manager

The Marketing Program Manager will produce marketing content and messaging for Glytec and collaborate with stakeholders to effectively leverage and distribute the content. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer, strategic communicator and savvy collaborator.

Your responsibilities will include channel marketing and content creation designed to drive awareness, consideration and adoption of Glytec’s enterprise SaaS solution for healthcare systems. Responsibilities range from the creation of marketing collateral and campaigns for sales initiatives, product launches, and partnership promotion to building presentations for speaking opportunities. You will coordinate with internal and external subject matter experts and resources to develop and execute programs and impactful collateral that supports our business priorities and marketing objectives.

Essential Job Functions:

What You’ll Do

  • Channel Marketing: Execute plan and manage partnership communication messages across various channels such as newsletters, webinars, social promotion, internal notifications, etc. to enable channel partners to sell Glytec (e.g. resellers, technology partners, etc). Engage Channel Partners with marketing initiatives that will achieve joint go-to-market objectives.
  • Business Development Support: Create and maintain custom collateral and pitches needed for sales purposes across a variety of personas, segments and situations. Train sales team on messaging, raise awareness of content and campaigns and drive usage of content. Collaborate with business development and sales teams to tailor content to their needs.
  • Content Production:
  • Write short form and long form content and review content created by internal team and vendors
  • Bring creative and fresh ideas to the table to design multi-faceted content campaigns that will capture attention
  • Understand our personas and segments and be able tailor a message appropriately
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts as needed to gather source material for content
  • Track progress of programs and report results
  • Ensure compliance of all materials to Glytec’s branding and regulatory requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with B2B channel marketing, marketing communications, content creation, or a related field, ideally from an enterprise-level SaaS environment
  • A clear understanding of B2B marketing funnel and buyer stages, and what content types work well for each
  • Ability to adapt tone and writing style to different audiences and formats
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills
  • Basic visual design skills and ability to organize information visually in PowerPoint and experience using InDesign a plus
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging narratives
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for analytics and reporting: knows how to interpret and communicate data
  • Campaign and project management experience
  • A proven ability to meet deadlines, work independently, be detail oriented, and extremely organized: previous experience with project management tools and methods is preferred
  • Positive, committed attitude: a solid problem solver
  • A creative spirit and a passion for storytelling
  • A team player with strong collaboration and cross-functional team building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field preferred
  • Willing to travel up to 10% for trade shows or business meetings

Working Conditions:

  • Team is currently remote due to COVID, fully remote is possible
  • Flexible schedule can be discussed once candidate begins working
  • 40 hour work week; nights and weekends not typical but may occur based on the workload
